Using this site
This website is run by ByteBusiness Technologies to introduce restaurant and canteen owners to the ByteNow and ByteBiz platform, and to collect partnership applications. By submitting the partner form, you confirm the details you’ve shared are accurate.
Our platform
ByteNow (online ordering) and ByteBiz (vendor and POS software) are provided to onboarded partners under a separate onboarding agreement. Pricing and fees are discussed and confirmed directly with each partner during onboarding, and may change over time with reasonable notice.
No guarantees
ByteBusiness is an early-stage company. We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we’re not liable for losses arising from outages, delays, or use of the site or platform beyond what’s required by law.
Fair use
Don’t use this site to submit false information, attempt to access parts of the platform you’re not authorized for, or disrupt the service for other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
As ByteBusiness grows, these terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
